Services described
Content on this site describes advisory financial auditing and internal controls review services. Nothing on the site constitutes a statutory audit opinion, legal advice, or a binding offer until confirmed in writing.
Intellectual property
Site text, layout, and branding belong to App CloudConnect. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial reuse without permission. Workpapers and reports delivered under an engagement are licensed to the client as stated in the engagement letter.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the contact forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit unlawful content. We may ignore or delete abusive submissions.
Liability
Website content is informational. To the fullest extent permitted by law, App CloudConnect is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of website summaries without an engagement. Liability for contracted work is limited as stated in the relevant engagement letter.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Taiwan have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, unless an engagement letter specifies otherwise for contracted work.
