Cookies

This page explains what cookies are, which ones App CloudConnect uses, and how you can manage them.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember preferences or understand how pages are used.

How we use cookies

We use essential cookies to remember your cookie consent choice and keep basic site functions working. We may use analytics cookies only if you accept them via the banner, to understand aggregate traffic patterns.

Cookies table

Name Purpose Duration Provider
appcloudconnect_cookie_consent Stores whether you accepted or rejected non-essential cookies 1 year App CloudConnect (first-party)
_acc_session Essential technical session marker for form security where enabled Session App CloudConnect (first-party)
_acc_analytics Optional anonymous visit counts and referrer insights 6 months App CloudConnect analytics (first-party, only if accepted)

Managing or disabling cookies

On your first visit you can Accept or Reject non-essential cookies. Rejecting does not block browsing or contact forms. You can clear cookies in your browser settings at any time; clearing may re-show the banner.

Third-party cookies

Embedded fonts or images loaded from external providers may set their own cookies according to those providers’ policies. We limit third-party embeds where practical.

Impact of disabling

Disabling essential consent storage may cause the banner to reappear. Disabling analytics cookies does not affect engagement requests or reading field notes.

For personal data handling, see our privacy notice.
